After graduating from EMLYON Business School, Julie started as a Management Consultant for Capgemini and specialised in Organisational Design and Change Management. She was then called upon to join LafargeHolcim as an Internal Auditor across all processes from Finance to Sales and Human Resources (HR) for the Asia Pacific region. As she discovered HR topics and became particularly interested in Employee Engagement and Talent Management, she decided to deepen her knowledge about Millennials and Generation Z to find solutions to their challenging integration in the workforce. She designed a programme to reduce attrition among younger employees and collaborated with start-ups in HR Tech. She also got certified as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach.

In early 2018, she left the corporate world and founded Questnation, a HR consultancy focusing on how to successfully engage employees. She has surrounded herself with experienced HR professionals from diverse industries, HR consultants, trainers and accredited coaches in order to propose a complete offering to help clients build stronger teams across generations and across cultures.

As a side quest, Julie trains for obstacle races to keep in mind that individuals are capable of much more than what they think.
